Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) protects the business, and allows for recovery of the entire IT environment (servers, storage, networking, apps, data) in the cloud.
To fill out the form for Backup as a Service (BaaS) and Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS), follow these steps:
Define the Project Goal: Specify why you are considering BaaS or DRaaS. Options include hardware/software refresh, geographic diversity, outsourced management, etc.
Identify Users and Devices: Enter the total number of users needing PSTN calling in Microsoft Teams and the number of common area phones.
Specify Your Current Environment:

Vendor Preferences: Mention if purchases must be made from specific vendors approved by a government purchasing vehicle/contract.
Implementation Timeframe: Indicate when you plan to implement UCaaS.

If you have international sites.
Select your disaster recovery strategy.
Check the required features and enter the user quantity for each.
Administration Details: Provide your first and last name, title, email, phone number, company information, number of employees, industry, and headquarters address.
