Mobility is an approach to work in which employees can do their jobs from anywhere using a variety of devices (i.e. smartphones, tablets) for business purposes. Broadly, Mobility may include cellular voice & data plans, mobile telecom expense management (TEM), mobile device management (MDM) software, and mobility services (device ordering, kitting, repairs, reporting, inventory mgmt., etc.).
To fill out the Mobility form for your business, follow these steps:
Project Goal: Define the primary objective for enhancing your company’s mobility capabilities.
Mobile Device Policy: Choose between corporate-liable, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), or a mix of both.
Hybrid Environment: Decide if you’re interested in corporate rate plans with BYOD devices.
Total Mobile Devices: Estimate the total number of mobile devices in use.
Device Operating System: Select the operating systems used (iOS, Android, or both).
Mobility Expenses Management: Indicate how you handle mobility expenses (departmental cost-allocation, centralized by IT, etc.).
Geographic Support: Specify the geographic regions where support is required.
Cellular Carriers: List the cellular carriers currently in use.
Services of Interest: Choose from services like rate plan optimization, device procurement, and mobile device management (MDM).
IoT Initiatives: Describe any IoT initiatives, such as fleet management or fuel-level tracking.
MDM Software: State the current status of MDM software usage and needs.
Additional Notes: Add any extra relevant information.
Administrative Details: Fill in your contact and company details, including name, title, email, phone number, and address.
