His responsibilities ranged from communications operator, ensuring the integrity and functionality of vital communication networks, to a combat marksman coach, where he trained Marines in weapon proficiency. This period honed his leadership, discipline, and steadfast commitment to excellence—traits that have become the cornerstone of his professional ethos.

Embarking on his career as a front-end developer, Gregory's technical acumen and leadership capabilities flourished in roles at Binary Republik and Quotum Technologies, where he led teams in developing cutting-edge software solutions. His tenure at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., as a Software Engineer II, saw him further enhancing team collaboration and project delivery through agile methodologies.
In August 2021, Gregory embarked on his most ambitious project yet—founding Norvet MSP. As the CEO, he drives the strategic vision of the company, leveraging his extensive technical and leadership skills to deliver superior IT solutions and services.
