We are headquartered in the Atlanta metro and serve clients across Georgia. For field deployments outside Georgia we coordinate through our nationwide technician network — commercial projects anywhere in the U.S. are in scope. Describe your location in the form and we will confirm coverage.

Can you work with my general contractor or property manager?

Yes. Norvet MSP regularly coordinates with general contractors during construction projects and with property managers on tenant improvement work. We adapt to your project schedule and deliver documentation at handoff.

What if it turns out to be a bigger project?

Accepted Answer

We will scope it, quote it clearly, and give you a proposal before any work begins. For large cabling buildouts, you can also request a dedicated cabling quote.

Is Norvet insured for on-site field work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Norvet carries general liability, umbrella, workers' compensation, and errors & omissions (E&O) insurance. We provide an ACORD 25 certificate of insurance on request — name your organization as a certificate holder if you need it.

Question 7

Do you operate the cameras or store footage?

Accepted Answer

No. Norvet installs and certifies the cabling and the closet and rack infrastructure — the runs to each camera, NVR, and access-control reader. The cameras, the recordings, the retention schedule, and who can view footage stay entirely with you. We're the install layer, not a surveillance vendor.
